Exchanges for Damaged Products

If your product is damaged during transit, we offer a free replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact our Support Team upon receiving the damaged product.
  • Share relevant Order details and the Parcel Opening Video so that the In-Transit-damage can be ascertained.
  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests for products that meet the following conditions:

  1. Product must be unopened and unused
  2.  Return request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back to us.

Review & Approval

All refund and return pickup requests are subject to review.

The final decision regarding refunds and return pickups will be taken by our dispatch team.
