Our only intention is to reduce the resources required for shipping, such as packaging material, labels, shipping documentation & paperwork, as well as the pollution caused during transportation. 1. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse upon confirmation of payment. This is likely to vary due to circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing & dispatching of order, etc. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. There may be an additional charge for re-delivery in case nobody is present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so that the courier company can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
2. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will have to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your countryтАЩs governing laws in order to clear customs.
