Earn 50 Barva points for every Rs.1000 you spend. Once you earn 100 points, you can redeem them for a straight Rs.100 discount on your next order.

There is no membership fee to participate in the Barva Loyalty program. All you need to do is start shopping and earn points!

Points rewarded for the cancelled order will be deducted from your account.

Barva Loyalty Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to your account.

No, once you have redeemed the Barva Loyalty Points, it is not possible to cancel the order.

No, it is not possible to use Barva Loyalty Points for the entire purchase amount. Barva Loyalty Points can only be used to get a discount on a certain value of the cart. You need to make a minimum purchase of Rs.500 to redeem your Barva Loyalty Points. Only when you have 100 points can you redeem them in your order.

Once your order is delivered, the Barva Loyalty Points will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended.

If you cancel the order, the Barva Loyalty Points used for the purchase will be credited back to your account immediately. If you return the product, the Barva Loyalty Points used for the purchase will be credited to your account once the product has passed the quality check and the return has been approved.

Yes, the Barva Loyalty Points that you were supposed to earn will be revoked for the cancelled order.

To view the details of your Barva Loyalty Points, please follow these steps: 1) Log in to barvaskintherapie.com 2) Navigate to the bottom left of the page and click on “My Barva Loyalty Points”. This will take you to the points history page, where you can check the status of your Barva Loyalty Points, including whether they are 'on the way,' 'credited,' 'redeemed,' or 'expired.'
